400m FREESTYLE
We are offering a maximum of 2 heats of 400m
freestyle at the end of each session. So event
10a will be for the Girls at the end of session1
and event 20a will be for the Boys at the end of
session 2.
Entry times are shown on the swimmers & coaches
Information sheet below. Entry sheets will be on the helpdesk upon arrival along with the time trial sheets. ONLY swimmers who are swimming in that session can enter.

We have had a very large entry this year and have had to reject a total of 96 swimmers and 670 swims to keep the meet running to time.
There will still be a large number of swimmers poolside during the meet so bags on poolside must be kept to a minimum.
